Fees and services

The Capannori Council has not currently imposed any tourist taxes, therefore the cost indicated on the website is the actual price payable. All prices listed, apart from the weekly stay option, include all costs per room for 2 people with breakfast.

The B&B offers various added services at a cost, such as the shuttle service between Pisa and Florence airports or an ‘aperetivo’. These services are not included in the room rates indicated on the website. These added services can be requested once you arrive or prior to your arrival date either via email or telephone.

Yes, it’s possible to book the entire B&B for one group. The booking would be for a weekly stay and the price quoted prior to booking would depend on the number of guests and the added services requested.

Bookings, Cancellations and Payment

For confirmed bookings made in advance we require a deposit of 40%. This total deposit will be reimbursed should the cancellation be made two weeks prior to the date of arrival.
If the cancellation is made only one week prior to the arrival date, only 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed.
The deposit will not be reimbursed should the cancellation be made less than one week prior to the arrival date.

Payment is possible at check out by cash or credit card. Payment can also be made via bank transfer but must be completed at least one week prior to the arrival date.
